How can you make money if you are only charging $5K?
I expend about $1,000 to market each of my clients homes. It takes approximately 10 hours to do all of the required paperwork for each transaction. That means that I am making $4,000 for 10 hours of work! That's $400 per hour, which is far more than most, if not all of my clients earn per hour.
Additionally, most of my clients are buying a replacement home, so I make 3% on their purchase, which is paid by the seller of their new home.
If I sell one home a month and my clients purchase a home, I will make $4,000 on the sale of that home and between $12,000-$15,000 on the purchase of my clients replacement home. So I will make a total of between $16,000-$19,000 per month per client!
