Fred and his wife relocated to Roseville shortly after their marriage in 1989 to begin a new life together and raise their family. They chose the Roseville area because of it's great schools, quality of life, low cost of living, housing affordability and central location to Lake Tahoe, the North Coast, the Bay Area and all things outdoors. They absolutely love the community, the miles and miles of hiking and biking trails and the abundance of recreational and social activities the area has to offer!
